We always talk about how great it is here - bands, audience, crew, atmosphere. This time we have made clips for you and ourselves.

Hello, my dears!

Yesterday evening we largely completed the dismantling and cleaning of the festival site.

Once again, despite effort, stress, lack of sleep and a lot of year-round work, we are completely overwhelmed. Because once again it was clearly worth taking on this package when we see what was going on at Back To Future this year. So many thanks to the outstanding bands and the fantastic audience for a great atmosphere that is second to none and confirms us again and again. A little extra greeting goes to the sun god, who was kind to us and who once again gave the forest pool its best time of the year.

In this context, we would like to point out very clearly that none of this would be possible if we didn't have different ideas Groups, teams or individuals would be supported as is the case. That's why it's important to point out who owes a large part of an event like Back To Future. First we would like to mention our ASSOCIATION FOR ART AND CULTURE IN RURAL AREA - GLAUBITZ e.V. In addition, everyone who helped with assembly/dismantling, behind the counter, or who stood for long hours in the kitchen. Without you and the other people involved, such as food, record, clothing and whatever stands, including a relaxed security team, we couldn't make Back To Future the way it is.

So once again: THANK YOU to everyone who was a guest or involved in any other way. Or to put it another way, together we're a pretty cool extended family!

The One - They Are The One

How many times have you not laughed at the joke: “The One, I thought that was a solo entertainer.” Not in a long time. We're more likely to hear the line: "I am the One..." being heard from the Descendents when it comes to the name.

Do you already know the BTF as guests? If yes, what do you think is special and good about it? If not, what do you think you can expect? I already played with The Creetins at the BTF, that was a few years ago. However, I will never forget the sight of all the people, women and men, arm in arm: Pillemann, cunt, Pillemann, cunt, Pillemann, cunt, ass! sang. A sight of peace and serenity.

It seems you are all tattooed. Who do you let get tattooed like that? We're lucky that Nina (guitar) does tattoos (Kronshäigen Ink Kronshagen). But we also have other favorites from Berlin (Iron Cobra) or Flensburg (Tattoo Kajüte).

When a show is over, what do you do immediately afterwards? We dismantle.

Berlin Blackouts - Street Kissing Metropolists

How many Berliners are you bringing with you? A big bag full, but we don't call the pancakes Berliners.

Uh, I meant actual real people and didn't want any make a shallow joke. Regardless, who has already played me and which bands at the BTF? I was already there with Radio Dead Ones, my former band. It was very cheerful and a lot of fun.

Who are you happy to see? Monster, from Wanda Records, has set up his record stand and I'll spend my pocket money there .

What was your best blackout together? Unfortunately, no one remembers the best blackout anymore... luckily it wasn't documented in photos. We probably wouldn't recognize our faces ourselves.

LION'S LAW - IN INTERVIEW

Can you still remember your first time with us? Sorry, we're currently in the USA where we're getting the questions, so just a quick word: Yes, that was in the tent and we really had a lot of fun done.

What can we expect from you this time? Well, a group of French guys who give everything on stage, like we do at every performance: full throttle and everything to be good as is somehow possible.

Just finish this sentence: Playing music is... Sharing our passion for music with others.
< br />Are you looking forward to seeing other bands? Quite a lot actually. Just to our buddies Breakout as well as to The Baboon Show and the classic Lokalmatadore.

What's your level of knowledge about the festival? After reading everything and the line ups of the last few years, I'm surprised that we've never been there because we would have fit in really well. We're all the more excited this time and are convinced that it's one of the best venues on the tour.

Would you like to introduce yourself to the visitors? It's from us expect a banging grenade of early American punk rock with a honky tonk undertone. We talk a lot about sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll and advise you to bring earplugs because we are often just louder than it should be.

Singer and guitarist Brent is supported by Gretsch . What exactly does that mean for him? For those who don't know: Gretsch is an American guitar manufacturing company that has been around since 1883. Their instruments have been played by the greatest guitarists ever. Among others by Chet Atkins, Duane Eddy, Brian Setzer or Jim Heath. It's really amazing to be backed by them and feels like a dream to be honest. Definitely the best thing that has happened to me in my musical career so far.

Please finish the sentence: Playing with Reno Divorce means to me... death and devil... oh nonsense. Playing music means everything to me! It's what all my thoughts are about. It starts in the morning when I get up and ends at night when I go to bed.

CAFESPIONE - INTERVIEW

Thank you so much for this show! How do we get this honor? You get the "honor" because we had it before and were allowed to play with the spies on the BTF in 2014. That was a great party and it is for many from the Thuringian punks a real traditional festival. I was there for the first time in 2004, if I remember correctly. Besides, Daniel just doesn’t give up and after a break of almost 3 years there’s a great opportunity to unpack the SK club again .

Is it the same for you? Who of you has the wettest pants when he thinks about your performance? Of course we are really excited to tear down this "shit tent" on Friday night . I remember that the Kayser had really wet pants at the last BTF gig, hahaha. I think Kayser and I get really wet beforehand and then we move forward. I think Marschl and Jörg are a little more relaxed there.
< br /> Well, which song will we start with? Which song we start with should a ll be clear that the cafe spies have already experienced it. Because we've always started the party with the same opener since 2006/7. Well who knows?

The BTF team knows our wishes exactly, and after that Divakollektiv 2014 they fulfill our next wish this year and get the big Fleshtones. More is not possible. The fans can become more female, but they're pretty great as it is. At least they have excellent taste.

35 years of local heroes. Who congratulated whom the most? Blüm and I (Fisch) congratulated Bubba and Rommel, they're just the only ones who've been around for so long.

RUNNING ORDER 2017!

So then, here is the announced running order for the Back To Future 2017!

Almost traditionally, we start a little later on Thursdays, but immediately furious. On Fridays you should be there quite early because we don't take any prisoners right from the start, and on Saturday morning we meet as usual to sing warm to karaoke in the forest pool. An excellent plan, we think.
