TRASHFEST AT KOMBI NUNCHRITZ
We're interrupting the BTF band announcements for today for an important announcement. We would like to show you the EAST TRASH FEST #12 in the KOMBI NÜNCHRITZ for the next Saturday, November 25th. to heart.
A few kilometers from the Glaubitzer Reitplatz the trash party starts at 5 p.m. with lots of hot bands. Just go there, just go to the flat countryside to the only subcultural club in the region!

THE CASUALTIES (US)
BTF consensus band or what? But they are also always welcome regular guests. THE CASUALTIES, one of your most requested favorite bands...! Especially since they love our festival - it's certainly up to you. So how could we otherwise but fulfill this wish (besides play, excitement and...)? Pogo you fuckers! We really don't have to introduce the Nietenkaiser to anyone anymore, do we?

BERLIN BLACKOUTS (GER)
CYANIDE PILLS, THE MEFFS, LOWER CLASS BRATS and now the BERLIN BLACKOUTS - we just continue in the “It fits like a glove” league! For almost 10 years, the band has been delighting fans with their relaxed mix of SOCIAL DISTORTION, BACKYARD BABIES and THE CLASH - all flavors that should suit us and hopefully you too. We're also saving the beer tickets for drummer Chris, because we already have him sitting backstage with KOTZREIZ. BERLIN BLACKOUTS and the BACK TO FUTURE, that really fits like a glove, Tom and Jerry...

KOTZREIZ
“Punk remains punk”, that much is clear. The name KOTZREIZ shows the way: Take a sampler from the quality brand “Schlachtrufe BRD”, open a few beer cans, turn the amplifier to 12 and the moon face is ready. We already let the Berlin street dogs loose on you in 2016 - and so the time is ripe for a game of KOTZREIZ at Back To Future! Whether “unbearable when sober” - Yes - No - Maybe? Give it a try, Friday won't be a bad day, because KOTZREIZ play German punk, drinking punk, political punk! (this is a tiny and only running order spoiler!)

CYANIDE PILLS (UK)
Neo-'77 punk, bubblegum and sunglasses - just throw the TOY DOLLS, the PISTOLS, the RAMONES and the BRIEFS into the Thermomix and see what comes out. Maybe something like the CYANIDE PILLS: chaotic, aggressive, hectic and absolutely suitable for pogos. Aaaaaand also melodic. And kind of funny. Sounds like the ideal Back To Future house band? Voila, we managed to get the band from Leeds to Glaubitz again after 2018, the anticipation is not small.

TURBOSTAAT (GER)
TURBOSTAAT are finally coming to Back To Future, people! They are the can opener for your punk rock soul. Since '99 they have been thundering through the music landscape with their mix of punk and rock, anger and melancholy. Your texts? Damn smart, political and profound. Your sound? A powerful punch in the pit of the stomach. They're not just any band, they're the exclamation mark in the German-speaking punk rock scene! Rebellion wrapped in melodies, social criticism with a grin. They have fun, they make noise and they have influenced us all. TURBOSTAAT - more than just music, a damn lifestyle.

THE SELECTER (UK)
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, MADNESS, SPECIALS and, well who? The Selector! One of the absolute 2-Tone Ska flagships, active since - damn it - 1979(!), so if anyone here deserves the title “legend”, it is the British band with the unique Pauline Black on vocals . Hand-stopped 16 albums, countless cross-generational catchy tunes, several UK Top 10 hits and a unique aura - THE SELECTER are something very special and we are looking forward to a very special evening with one of the best and biggest bands in the genre!

LOWER CLASS BRATS (US)
The Clockwork Punk Legion LOWER CLASS BRATS has been on our list for ages. Active since the 90s, back then one of the spearheads of the new authentic American street punk, apart from chart-toppers like GREEN DAY or OFFSPRING, more of a pioneer for FORGOTTEN, UNSEEN or BONECRUSHER.
Founded in Austin, now moved to California and on the road with great new material, it's not just the past that's celebrated here. Punk, Oi!, a dash of glam - Real Punk is an endangered species!

KNOCHENFABRIK (GER)
Do you remember the legendary last BTF show from KNOCHENFABRIK in 2018? It was super awesome, right? Well then - we have great news! After 6 years, Knofa are finally coming back to Punkerhausen, erm Glaubitz!
No real punk party can do without their legendary hits like “Filmriss” or “Green Hair” etc. Open a few beers, oil your vocal cords and get ready to shout along: “We didn't plan to ever be born and yet somehow it happened. When we finally recognized ourselves and thought everything was pretty shit, we understood the most important thing..."

THE MEFFS (UK)
Apparently Frank Turner and Fat Mike are the band's biggest fans, but that can't actually be true. The band's biggest fans are undoubtedly the Back To Future booking team. However, it is very true that Frank Turner produced the Essex punk rock duo's first record. Lily and Lewis Meff gallop through British music history and collect the honey dust from CRASS, the SLEAFORD MODS, THE STREETS and THE CLASH. For music lovers it will be one of the highlights at BTF 2024, we promise! Energetic, loud, political - and after their BTF show you'll probably also be the band's biggest fans.

HARD SKIN FOR THE FIRST TIME AT BTF!
Oi! Mate! The hardest of all hard Oi! bands is with us for the first time. Fat Bob and his skinhead gang won't leave a dry eye or throat. “Oi! Not Jobs!”, “We Are The Wankers”, “Still Fighting Thatcher” - the list of songs to sing along to is almost endless and HARD SKIN are living proof that even bone-dry Oi! music can be ironic without being embarrassing to drift away. The appearance with us was and is long overdue, see you in front of the stage with one or more cans of beer! Wow, how excited we are already!

"RISK IT! should play at Back To Future sometime!"
Something like this has been whispered to us several times. The band from Dresden is now a powerhouse when it comes to old school hardcore in this country and they know how to easily win over even skeptics of the harder style to their side thanks to their friendly and energetic nature. Hopefully they'll leave the tent standing on Thursday evening... and oh, don't worry, it won't get any harder!

PRE-SALE IS ON
It was not to be expected that we were literally overrun with the sale of early bird tickets and that 530 tickets were ultimately ordered within 26 hours. The processing of the orders therefore took longer and was only completed a few days ago.
Now we're starting the regular punk rock wellness pre-sale. As with the Early Bird-Tix, we had to increase the price by a few marks compared to the previous year, but there are no other hidden costs, i.e. camping and parking are still included. There will be a minimum age requirement for children of 4 years for the family camp, and it will also be moved further away from the festival site to a quieter area. However, we will also comment specifically on this.
Tomorrow we'll start with the first band announcements at irregular intervals; the goal is three performances per week. The band framework is in place and we are already excited to introduce you to the line up little by little. In December there will be the first overall flyer, then Christmas will come and with our beautifully designed tickets you won't make a mistake.
What we would like to say is that we ask bands to refrain from further applications.

WE NEED EACH OTHER
Our friends from STAGE BOTTLES were back on the BTF stage this year after a few years. This month their new LP with the appropriate title "WE NEED EACH OTHER" sees the light of day. You can already hear the song of the same name, it sounds absolutely promising!

Information from our ticket fee - please understand that shipping the paid Tix will take at least 2-3 weeks. If there is a rush (scheduled gift, etc.), please let us know briefly.

PRE-SALE FOR PUNKROCK WELLNESS 2024 STARTS TODAY!
It will certainly be difficult to top this year's BTF edition, but it is exactly the right incentive for us! A lot of the groundwork has already been set and band booking has been in full swing for a few weeks now. We don't want to give anything away yet, just say this much at this point - there will be a lot of gems and surprises in the line up, it will be varied and, as always, international.
We are increasing our limited number of early bird tickets compared to last year to 500 Tix, which are only available via the ticket form on the site.
At €85.00 (plus shipping costs per order), the price is a few iroons higher than the price of the last early bird ticket, but the number of bands will also increase. When the limited Tix are gone, we'll start with the first wave of bands.

It was absolute madness, we were ultimately more than sold out at the box office! A huge THANK YOU for the aftermovie trailer goes out to Martin Weber and Alex Müller.
The thing completely reflects the crazy atmosphere in just three minutes, brilliant! Awesome part! Until the next few days, we will contact you again with specific information about the start of pre-sales.

GLAUBITZ BY NIGHT IN JULY!
It's not surprising that we've made ourselves quite rare in the media in the last few weeks. There are a few reasons for this, after a short breather and extensive follow-up, we are already busy planning for the Back To Future Festival 2024... and yes, it looks like there will be another at the end of July 2024 INTERNATIONAL PUNK ROCK WELLNESS HOLIDAY MEETING AT ITS BEST in Glaubitz.
We are redesigning our homepage a bit and will start pre-selling 500 early bird tickets in the next 2-3 weeks.

At PLASTIC BOMB the remaining items of our merch were taken out of the boxes! The clothes are said to be soiled with festival dust and grass clippings, and of course they are no longer available in all sizes, but the price has been reduced considerably!

What else we wanted to tell you... THANK YOU!
...to all the helpers from A for assembly and dismantling crew to Z for tent bar crew; Sanis, fire brigade, caterers, the administrative community of Glaubitz/Nünchritz, the forest pool team, the SV unit Glaubitz, the Roda/Glaubitz riding club and all other companies involved. A big THANK YOU goes to all bands! What brilliant acts from the headliner and newcomer bands they were.
Kisses for the world's finest audience, gathered again this year to celebrate punk rock wellness. THANK YOU for your visit, your loyalty, your encouragement, your praise and your constructive criticism! We're still bruised from the constant tapping!
Some of the innovations hit the mark (or what did you think of our new food area with a view of the stage or the expanded sanitary facilities?), others got off to a bit of a bumpy start and will need better planning and communication in the future. A special thank you to everyone who shows us understanding and especially to those who had to face the conflicts and in some cases still do. Thanks also to Rock am Berg Merkers for your support!
We have now returned home from dismantling and are still reminiscing a little - thanks to our photographers Arne Marenda (Rudeart Music & Subculture Photography) and Dirk Schäpers (Punkrock Secretary`s Pictures) - you can find their pictures on their Facebook pages and soon »HERE!
